Nothing changes if nothing changes
I’ve been employed at many organisations over my career and everytime I start we make an assessment over what we like and what we don’t.
We then figure out how to make things better.
Continuous Improvement requires making small changes and assessing if that change made things better or worse.
If things are worse, we then change back and think of a new strategy. (we know that didn’t work)
If things are better, we keep that change and then work on or think of our new piece to improve.
This gives us an outcome either way but the good thing is…
we learned something.
If we don’t change anything we cannot improve.
